Drink your tea as though the world's axis rotate on each sip.

I got a few moments nap yesterday after reading about Napping I got fanatic about the subject. It was awesome, I felt like being on the side of the angels when I was done. I was more effective and worked too late into the night. I was more inspired and felt more creative at doing a meaningful work.
Today, I decided to write about Nappers and how to gain the most from mapping out time to just relax, lie down flat and just snooze. You won't be carried away to take it for so long, and if you are, just keep an alarm clock closeby and just rest away from the the buzzed out world into the mood of geniuses. Napping is a great way to make life more fun and interesting. It keep you healthy, happy and more productive.

How to do it (get the most from Napping)

1. timing is everything . Choose your time with prudence your timing will determine whether you gain or loose. You know afternoon in our society is mainly for work. Either you are busy with domestic work or at the office. Staying organised, If you are favoured with a to do list you can keep one handy . Then in your list you can add the time that could be spared from your huge daily activities. If you have a lot of work to do during the evening, snooze by 4:00 pm but if your work is done during the waking morning ours and late afternoon, you can do it by 12:00 pm. Just do it when it won't cause trouble between you and your boss or clash in your got-to-do.
2. Don't do it where you could be caught. When people see you napping, they think and complain about it . Perhaps as laziness. And it can create bad impression, no boss like a staff who nap on the desk. Most may ask to know if you are sick which could lead to excuses and no body love excuses though you shouldn't care much about what people think but being at the right place at the right time is part of doing the right thing. Go to private room, and just do your thing.
3. Take a glass of water before you start . One of the the advantages of napping is that it reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and taking a glass of cold water before nap will maximise the benefit. Take cold or mildly warm water.
4. Make it short. Napping is fun in three ways, it is a fun act, it makes life fun and it's good for your health. But while it is good to engage if you have the time, make it short. 20 to 45 minutes is enough. Taking much time will be time consuming for the time that could be used for other activities. To do this, have it in your mind that you will wake at a particular time, your brain will prepare and most often remind you. You can also use an alarm clock, to wake you up.
5. Take a glass of water after napping. Like the start point, taking a glass of water after napping will give the same result as the one you take before engaging the nap which will be dual benefit. For your heart, skin and energy. Taking enough water immediately after sleep can boost your metabolic and energy rate through out the day.
6. Be consistent with Time. There is power in repetition, try to do it same time for some weeks and you can gain the benefit, it will be more fun, it could replace play which is essential for a happy life. Repeating it at same time will be a form of habit, and good habits are good to form because they build the strength of your character.
7 switch the mood. Light has the ability to help us fall into moods, bright light causes excitement and less bright light can help you feel asleep. This does not hold for everyone, for me I can sleep whether there's light or not. If you are triggered by moods just off the light, switch the mood just snooze.
8. Do it after a little strain. Throughout the morning, you perhaps were busy, you can keep your most straineous task before the nap, this will help you to snooze off easily.
9. Use a cover blanket. Sometimes you can't easily fall asleep either because of the weather, a soft and nice blanket can help keep you off from the room temperature and this can help you to have a deep deep deep sleep.
10. Make it fun, not always on a desk. After sleeping on a rough surface, you feel as though you were beaten by a venomous snake, tired and weak. A nice form is better. Lie flat. And enjoy the moment. Napping is fun, especially for writers, working from home. If you can add it to your daily activities. If you have been feeling stressed out or just need a trick to get more creative try napping.
